Warehouses and distribution centers are located in Europe as well as the USA.

Note: Orders with multiple items will have a separate processing time for each item.

Prior to shipment, all purchased items will be thoroughly examined. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time is between 3-7 working days.

Returns

Due to multiple parties such as the factory and the warehouse, we cannot completely manage our stock. Therefore, the actual inventory could change at any time. You may not receive your order after it has been placed.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in good condition and in the same condition as when you received it in. It must also still be in its original packaging.
